TOPEKA, Kan. (KWCH) A bill to legalize medical marijuana was proposed in the Kansas House on Wednesday.

House Bill No. 2163, also known as the Veterans First Medical Cannabis Act, would provide registration for patients, licenses for medical marijuana growers and distributors and medical marijuana dispensaries.
