Meanwhile, the U.S. Hemp Roundtable (USHR) is calling on New Hampshire state legislators to amend the state’s House Bill 272, which addresses cannabidiol (CBD) products, to nix a provision that CBD-containing products be manufactured in the state. The bill “[a]llows for the sale of products containing CBD derived from hemp,” including “food, food additives, or food products.” Read more
