[PRESS RELEASE] – LAS VEGAS – July 8, 2025 — FOHSE Inc. (d/b/a FOHSE Lighting), the global leader in cannabis cultivation lighting and innovation, is proud to announce a new strategic partnership with Green Horizons, solidified through a five-year master service agreement.
Under this exclusive agreement, FOHSE will be the sole provider of lighting and technology for all Green Horizons cannabis cultivation-related projects on its 1-million-square-foot campus in Coachella, Calif. This alliance reinforces both companies’ commitment to innovation, quality and scalable efficiency in cannabis agriculture.
As the cannabis industry continues to evolve and scale, partnerships like FOHSE and Green Horizons will set new standards for cultivation efficiency, environmental impact and operational excellence. The partnership begins with adding perimeter and under-canopy lighting to Green Horizons’ 101,787-square-foot Phase I facility in Q3 2025.
“We are very excited about our agreement with Green Horizons and being able to work so closely with them on the cultivation side and developing new technologies for their cultivation facility,” FOHSE co-founder and President Ben Arnet said. “Our main goal is to increase yields, decrease cost per pound, and introduce more efficient technology specifically designed for cannabis cultivation.”
“The success of our Phase I launch has drawn entreaties from a myriad of lighting companies looking to partner with us,” Green Horizons co-founder Michael Meade said. “FOHSE is more than a lighting company. They are a technology company. Los and I see Green Horizons the same way. We’re elated at the partnership and the innovation to come.”
“Brett, Ben and the entire FOHSE team are dream partners,” Green Horizons co-founder and CEO Carlos “Los” Arias, J.D., said. “They have a global vision and understand what creates enterprise value beyond merely producing flower and selling it. This is a moment for the industry, and we’re ready to rock this.”
In 2026, the partnership will focus on advancing construction on Green Horizons’ Phase II “black label” facility, a ground-up development incorporating FOHSE’s next generation of fixture technology and Green Horizons’ evaporative cooling technology, further blurring the lines between indoor quality at a disruptive greenhouse cost basis.
