Missouri Now Allows CBD-Infused Alcohol

The state has "no legal authority to bar the use of CBD oil in combination with alcohol beverages as long as the oil contains no THC."

Since the Farm Bill passed and became law in Missouri, there have been questions about whether restaurants and bars could mix CBD-oil with alcohol.

Missouri's Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Control issued an opinion about CBD and alcoholic beverages at the end of January.

According to the state document, ATC has "no legal authority to bar the use of CBD oil in combination with alcohol beverages as long as the oil contains no THC. If the CBD oil has no THC content, it would be considered the same as any other nonalcoholic product."
