HANCOCK — If all goes as planned, Harvest could plant its first medical-marijuana seeds in Hancock Wednesday and gather its first crop about 130 days later.
Harvest was among eight companies to get final growing licenses Monday from the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission.

"This gives us the ability to go ahead and begin our grow," plant Manager Jason Morris said Monday afternoon. "So we'll be able to get plants and product in our facility."
