WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — The Florida Commissioner of Agriculture is calling for the regulation of CBD.

Currently there is no agency regulating CBD, so Commissioner Nikki Fried explained it’s hard to trust over the counter products.

Fried hopes to pass regulations on CBD by September.
