Located at 1760 Dunlawton Ave., Unit 5, the new store brings the company's retail footprint to 80 locations in Florida and 190 nationwide.
Curaleaf Port Orange expands the company's presence in Volusia County, providing medical cannabis patients with another convenient location to shop. Located at 1760 Dunlawton Ave., Unit 5, the store sits along a major commercial corridor connecting I-95 with the surrounding Port Orange community and coastal destinations, with convenient access to nearby residential neighborhoods, retailers and restaurants.
The store will offer a wide range of products, including Curaleaf's Florida-exclusive Reef flower, Dark Heart ultra-premium flower, FIND flower, Anthem pre-rolls and the Select Briq 2 all-in-one vape, now featuring Select ACE oil. Team members will be available to answer questions and help patients explore the selection.

Curaleaf Port Orange will host grand opening celebrations on Oct. 30 and 31, 2026, featuring special offers and giveaways while supplies last. The first 25 patients with a valid medical card each day will receive a free eighth of flower with a $75 purchase. Patients who spend $100 will receive a free 0.5-gram 510 cartridge along with a custom Curaleaf Port Orange T-shirt, available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis, while those who spend $150 will be entered for a chance to win a Puffco Proxy device.
The celebrations will also feature custom-branded hats and bags pressed on-site each day, plus patient swag bags with lighters, rolling papers and other giveaways.
The store will operate from 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sundays.
