The Land of Enchantment continues to ramp-up adult-use cannabis efforts after the Cannabis Regulation Act became effective June 29. With New Mexico’s Cannabis Regulatory Advisory committee established and dispensary sales set to begin April 1, 2022, if not sooner, the state’s cannabis market is ready to boom with an estimated 12% annual average market growth in terms of quantity demand, according to projections from MPG Consulting, a cannabis-focused advisory firm.
