A Denver marijuana product manufacturer Left Bank LLC, doing business as Dixie Elixirs, is voluntarily recalling six varieties of marijuana products due to the presence of potentially unsafe, non-food grade essential oils.
Information obtained during a Denver Department of Environmental Health (DEH) inspection indicated that two essential oils used to flavor the six Dixie Elixir products were not manufactured with the intent of the ingredient being consumed. Consumption of these non-food grade essential oils may pose a public health risk.
Marijuana products subject to the recall were distributed throughout Colorado. All products listed below are subject to the recall:

There have been no reports of illness. The possible health impact of consuming marijuana products with flavoring ingredients not manufactured for consumption is unknown. The Denver Department of Environmental Health (DEH) is investigating this issue and overseeing the recall process to remove potentially contaminated products from commercial circulation.
