Benefits:

  • Full-time employees are eligible to enroll in Jardín’s health care plan after 90 days of employment.
  • Jardín pays 50% of the premium toward employees’ medical coverage and pays 100% of the premium toward employees’ life insurance.
  • After one year of employment, employees have seven days of paid time off, including additional days for community service activities/volunteer work.
