As we continue to grow, our priority remains listening to manufacturers, solving the problems they face and developing tools and formulations that help them produce products more efficiently.”
Founded in Northampton, Mass., Melt-to-Make develops food technology and formulation solutions designed to simplify commercial gummy manufacturing. The company’s growth has expanded its reach to more than 1,000 B2B customers across the United States and in more than 15 countries, serving manufacturers across cannabis, nutraceutical and functional product categories.
This year’s Inc. 5000 recognizes a new class of companies redefining what growth looks like. From AI and advanced manufacturing to health care, consumer products and professional services, these businesses are expanding their impact, creating jobs and proving that entrepreneurial ambition continues to fuel the U.S. economy. Among the 5,000 companies on the list, the median three-year revenue growth rate was 130%, and those companies have collectively added more than 627,208 jobs to the U.S. economy over the past three years.
“Sustainable growth requires a company to keep evolving without losing sight of why it was built in the first place,” said Tim Van Epps, chairman and co-founder of Melt-to-Make. “Growth creates opportunity, but it also creates a responsibility to keep improving, innovating and making thoughtful decisions along the way. The real measure of this growth will be what it allows us to build next.”
