The Montana Cannabis Industry Association was correctly set up to support the I-182 campaign, though it filed five late finance reports, according to the Montana Commissioner of Political Practices.
This latest campaign decision is the fourth, and likely the last, from a string of complaints that were filed this fall by groups for and against the initiative that would amend the state's medical marijuana program.
I-182 would amend the program to remove patient limits for providers while adding product testing and licensing provisions.
