About the Data: Fifty percent (28 counties out of 56) of Montana counties prohibit adult-use cannabis sales. The majority of residents in those counties were not in support of Initiative 190 (legalizing adult-use sales in the state), thereby disallowing adult-use sales there, according to the Montana Department of Revenue.
