LOS ANGELES – April 2, 2019 – PRESS RELEASE – ManifestSeven (formerly known as MJIC), California’s first integrated omnichannel platform for legal cannabis, has announced that it has been granted a temporary license by the State of California Bureau of Cannabis Control in connection with its distribution facility in Long Beach, Calif.
The Long Beach facility will serve as ManifestSeven’s Southern California distribution hub, allowing the company to expand into several of the state’s largest metropolitan markets, including Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego. The facility will link with the company’s licensed cannabis distribution, manufacturing and delivery operations located in Northern California, allowing M7 efficiently address the distribution needs of cannabis businesses throughout the state.
“Our new Long Beach facility is an important strategic milestone for our business,” said Pierre Rouleau, ManifestSeven’s chief operating officer. “It will allow us to service for our distribution clients throughout Southern California, from San Diego to the desert, and it will integrate with our statewide infrastructure to facilitate a seamless customer experience across distribution, manufacturing and delivery of compliant cannabis products and services."
M7 plans to commence operations at the Long Beach facility upon completing a minor build-out program, expected to be finalized in April 2019, and the completion of final inspections and issuance of a municipal license by the City of Long Beach.
The Long Beach facility complements ManifestSeven’s recently licensed facilities in Brisbane and Oakland, through which the company will serve distribution clients and delivery customers throughout Northern California.
