[PRESS RELEASE] – LAKEVILLE, Mass., Sept. 4, 2025 – Bountiful Farms, an award-winning, premium and independent cannabis cultivator and one of Massachusetts’ leading cannabis wholesalers, announced plans to acquire and open two adult-use dispensaries, its first-ever retail locations. The Rowley retail space, located at 300 Newburyport Turnpike, will officially celebrate its grand opening on Sept. 18, 2025, and the Framingham retail space, located at 315 Worcester Road, will celebrate its grand opening later in the month.
Bountiful Farms is committed to delivering the finest cannabis to Massachusetts consumers, and these two planned locations mark a major milestone as it expands beyond wholesale and medical operations into adult-use retail for the first time. Bountiful currently operates a medical dispensary in Natick and a state-of-the-art cultivation and live rosin facility in Lakeville, Mass. Both new stores will offer the full lineup of Bountiful Farms’ award-winning products, alongside a curated selection from other Massachusetts cannabis brands.
“Since day one, we’ve been focused on producing exceptional cannabis and building strong relationships in the cannabis community,” Bountiful Farms CEO Jeff Barton said. “Now, we’re excited to take the next step and bring our products directly to recreational consumers through a branded retail experience that reflects everything we stand for.”
The Bountiful Farms Rowley dispensary, formerly Cape Ann Cannabis Dispensary, will feature exclusive product drops, limited-edition giveaways, a live T-shirt press activation, and a Q&A session with Chief Cultivation Officer Zachary Taylor, offering insights into the cultivator's genetics and award-winning pheno-hunt process. The store will celebrate the North Shore community through local partnerships and in-store displays that highlight nearby landmarks.
The Bountiful Farms Framingham dispensary will build on the cultivator’s mission by expanding access to high-quality cannabis in Metro West. The dispensary was formerly operated as UpTop Cannabis and will transition to the Bountiful Farms brand following the acquisition.
“We’re thrilled to be able to offer our products to even more cannabis lovers, and I’m looking forward to welcoming customers into spaces that really reflect our dedication to quality and craft,” Taylor said. “These new stores will allow us to connect more directly with the people who appreciate the work that goes into every jar.”
Bountiful Farms has long served adult-use consumers through its valued retail partners across Massachusetts and will proudly continue those relationships as it prepares to open its first recreational dispensaries.
