Louisiana to Make Applications Available for Retailers to Sell CBD Products

All retailers will be required to obtain a permit through ATC and meet all requirements implemented by the agency.

The Louisiana Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control says they will soon make applications available to retailers who wish to sell Cannabidiol (CBD) products recently legalized for sale in the state of Louisiana.

According to a release, prior to selling CBD products, all retailers will be required to obtain a permit through ATC and meet all requirements implemented by the agency.

The ATC, along with the Louisiana Department of Health, says they are working to promulgate formal rules which will provide detailed regulations.
