The first state Marijuana License for Cultivation, which officially allows businesses to start growing Cannabis, was issued yesterday to a local grower right here in Fairbanks.
Pakalolo Supply Company, which is located near the Railroad industrial area, went through a rigorous inspection by state officials yesterday afternoon.
The family business has been planning for this day for two years.
