This marks the latest success in a continuing series of entitlement approvals the firm has achieved on behalf of clients across the regulated cannabis and hospitality sectors.
To date, no other law firm has been able to secure any such approvals in Miami, with the first such approval involving contentious litigation against the city filed on the morning of the City Commission meeting when the approval was to be considered.
