Don’t Miss This Week’s Cannabis Benchmarks Pricing Update

Cannabis Business Times has partnered with Cannabis Benchmarks® to publish the market research group’s weekly spot pricing index.

The index, published weekly, will be updated on cannabisbusinesstimes.com/cannabisindex. The index reflects national averages of wholesale transactions in a variety of growing settings and markets, giving cultivators insight into the value of their products.

May 5 Update

Data from May 5 show that the U.S. Spot price has decreased by $18, to $1,630 from $1,648 on April 28, while U.S. Indoor pricing gained $4 from April 28 to May 5, now sitting at $1,964.

Pricing from U.S. Greenhouse, U.S. Medical and U.S. Recreational dropped from April 28 to May 5, by $27, $36 and $13, respectively. U.S. Outdoor pricing, however, saw a 7.1-percent price increase, from $1,058 to $1,134 on May 5.
