Earlier today, the highly anticipated venue made history with their inaugural purchase at 4:20 p.m. made by Clark County Commission Chairman and longtime cannabis advocate, Tick Segerblom. Continuing the historic occasion, Smoke and Mirrors’ executive team consisting of Mitch Britten, CEO of THRIVE Cannabis Marketplace and consultants Christopher LaPorte and Scot Rutledge, managing partners at RESET, delivered celebratory remarks as they welcomed the lounge’s first guests. Also in attendance was Nevada State Assembly Speaker Steve Yeager, legislative sponsor of Assembly Bill 341 which authorized cannabis consumption lounges during the 2021 legislative session.
