Marijuana growing sites in Franklin and Licking counties are included in the ballot language for a proposed constitutional amendment to legalize personal and medicinal use of marijuana in Ohio.
The other eight counties proposed for growing and processing marijuana are Butler, Clermont, Hamilton, Lorain, Lucas, Montgomery, Stark and Summit.
The Franklin County location is 19.117 acres on Seeds Road in Grove City south of I-71 and north of Zuber Road. The property owner listed in Franklin County auditor records is Kenneth Campbell of Mason, Ohio.
