
JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - - Over the past week, the medical marijuana division of the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services has been holding meetings with panels on each of the 10 different criteria outlined in the amendment allowing medical marijuana in the state.
"The purpose is to get public input and experts in their areas of expertise to help us with the question and scoring process that's very, very important and mandated in the amendment," said Lyndall Fraker, Director of Medical Marijuana Regulation with the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services.
These questions and scoring criteria each committee is working on to recommend to the DHSS will form the application for those seeking to get a license in the medical marijuana business, whether growing or selling.
