[PRESS RELEASE] – EASTLAKE, Ohio, Nov. 18, 2025 – The Ohio Department of Cannabis Control has granted Amplify an operational dispensary license located at 2150 Mentor Ave. in Painesville Township. This will be Amplify’s fourth location in Ohio. The dispensary is open to medical patients and adult-use customers 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Sundays. Amplify plans to open a fifth location in Eastlake, Ohio, next month.
“Painesville Township is pleased to have Amplify investing in our community," Painesville Township Trustee Gabe Cicconetti said. "Their operation will bring good-paying jobs and projected new tax revenue made possible through the recent adult-use cannabis ballot measure. These funds will directly support essential safety and township services, helping to reduce the need for future levies while continuing to enhance the quality of life for our residents.”
Locally owned and operated, Amplify is committed to the neighborhoods it serves and has a history of revitalizing neglected properties. The Painesville Township Amplify store is home to the first double drive-thru pickup window in Ohio’s cannabis industry and is a brand-new, ground-up build on a parcel that was neglected for over 15 years.
“Our biggest goal for the new locations is to provide a safe and welcoming experience for everyone that walks through our doors,” Amplify Operations Manager Sage Graham said. “We’re excited for the opportunity to increase the accessibility of regulated and tested products for our customers in this neighborhood.”
Customers visiting Amplify in Painesville Township will recognize the similar design and architectural elements, as well as the signature Amplify experience, whether looking for a consultation with a registered pharmacist or a quick visit with a pre-order and drive-through pickup. Amplify’s menu is carefully curated for quality, variety and integrity, and is accessible online, in-store and on the custom and convenient Amplify app. Amplify also offers “stacking” discounts, especially benefiting veteran and indigent patients.
“Buckeye Relief has proudly served Ohio’s patients since dispensaries opened their doors in early 2019. After three successful Amplify locations in Cleveland Heights, Bedford, and Columbus, we’re thrilled to be expanding to provide customers with more options and better access to safe, regulated, third-party tested products,” Buckeye Relief CEO and co-founder Andrew Rayburn said.
“We’re confident that Amplify will be a positive addition to our business community," Cicconetti said.
