NBC has given Parks and Recreation star Adam Scott and his wife Naomi the green light to script a pilot about a fictional marijuana dispensary.

The potential show would be titled “Buds” and will be co-written by the well-known comedy writer Joe Mande.
After the script is written, however, "a pilot would need to be green-lit, casted, and then ultimately optioned to television by NBC," notes Marijuana.com. "Since NBC bought the project’s rights and given both Scott’s and marijuana’s popularity, the show will probably come to fruition."
