With the upcoming growing season just around the corner, a majority of states have made decisions on how to proceed with their hemp plans. Meanwhile, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is continuing to use feedback from the comments on its interim final rule to shape regulations, even as farmers start to get their plants in the ground.
