Las Vegas is about to celebrate its first legal recreational 4/20, and The+Source, with cannabis dispensaries at 2550 S. Rainbow Blvd. and 9480 S. Eastern Blvd. in Henderson, is ready to light up the day with one free pound of flower and blazing block parties at both locations starting at 10 a.m. on Friday, April 20.
Local cannabis vendors and related companies including Matrix, Dixie, CW Nevada, O.penVAPE, VERT, District and Integral Associates will host pop-ups for merchandise giveaways, eating competitions, live entertainment and more.
At the Las Vegas location, Cheba Hut will be serving some of their favorite munchies, including sandwiches priced at $4.20, as well as offering drinks from their full bar. Sun Valley Certification Clinic will raffle off a free evaluation for a medical marijuana card.
A pound of cannabis will be given away at a raffle held at the end of the event at the Las Vegas location. Patrons may qualify by earning green tickets from Friday, April 13 through Thursday, April 19. One green ticket will be earned for every $200 spent or three for every $420 spent throughout the week at The+Source.
4/20 specials that will be offered from Friday, April 13 through Thursday, April 19 will include flavored 500 mg disposable pens for $20, one half-ounce of Pineapple Express or Tangie popcorn buds for $100, Dixie 80 mg Awakening Mints for $10 and 20 percent off all O.penVAPE, VERT and District edible products.
Specials that will be available on Friday, April 20 include $4.20 in-house .7-gram pre-rolls, buy-one get-one Green Life Production Baby J’s and pre-rolls and 20 percent off highly edible pucks, CannaPunch products and Stroopwafels.
Patients and customers are invited to join The+Source’s loyalty rewards program, which offers one point for every dollar spent. Points may be exchanged for free products, such as pre-rolls, flower and concentrates. More information is on the website.
