From the CEO: “The Source is the best company to work for because it has maintained its identity and a commitment to its core values through rampant growth, private-to-public transitions, and a global pandemic that reshaped our entire industry,” says CEO Simon Nankervis. “We value our associates and see education and development as a must-do not only for our team, but also the general public. We believe that educated associates elevate our practices and business—they give back to the communities we serve. It is our mission to cultivate the best product, and it is critical that we provide our team with a dynamic, exciting, and rewarding workplace.”
