The three-day event will be held at Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nev., April 1-3, 2019. For more information and to see the full schedule, visit cannabisconference.com.
This iteration of Cannabis Conference builds on previous events hosted by Cannabis Business Times. In 2019, Cannabis Conference will feature a new dispensary track, presenting innovative retail lessons and customer engagement perspectives for business owners competing in the marketplace.
Highlights include: Methods, Ethics and Desired Outcomes in Cannabis Breeding; Lighting Research Intensive: How Spectrum Influences Plant Characteristics and Development, Tips for Banking, Cash Handling, Credit Card Processing and Cryptocurrency; How to Improve Your Environmental Impact and How to Navigate an Acquisition Deal.
The 2019 Cannabis Conference will also feature an All-Access opportunity, which will include a set of special workshops and a networking luncheon on Monday, April 1. The All-Access pass will also include access to archived video of all conference sessions.
Speakers and panelists for all sessions will be announced soon.
“With our 2019 Cannabis Conference advisory board, we carefully designed these cultivation and dispensary tracks to meet the needs of a growing industry and a forward-thinking audience,” Editorial Director Noelle Skodzinski said. “It is our intention that growers and retailers will gain valuable insights across the spectrum of topics we’ve chosen to highlight at Cannabis Conference.”
“A lot has been happening in the cannabis industry lately—market consolidation, legalization, tighter regulation. It’s an exciting time, and a very competitive time to be growing a business,” Group Publisher Jim Gilbride said. “Our 2019 Cannabis Conference will present a deep lineup of industry insights that will help cultivation and dispensary businesses navigate the current moment and prepare for more changes in the future.”
