CONCORD, N.H. — A proposed bill would legalize recreational marijuana sales in New Hampshire.
State Rep. Renny Cushing, D-Hampton, released the draft of the bill to News 9 on Wednesday.

The bill would legalize possession of up to an ounce of marijuana for adults 21 and older.
The proposal would set up a cannabis control commission to license and regulate businesses.
