- After 60 days of employment, full-time employees can sign themselves up for benefits, including: medical, dental, vision, long-term care insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability. Lume covers a percentage of premium insurance costs for all policies for employees.
- Also after 60 days of employment, full-time employees can sign their dependents up for the following benefits: medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. For each of these benefits, the company covers a percentage of premium insurance costs.
