Benefits:
- Full-time employees can enroll in a company healthcare plan 60 days after hire. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage for full-time employees and their dependents, with the company covering varying percentages of insurance premiums.
- Veritas Fine Cannabis also offers an employer-sponsored Employee Assistance Program to provide counseling for marital, financial, or parental problems.
Additional Information:
- Employees are afforded a flexible working schedule to accommodate appointments, school events, and more.
- Staff are offered free or discounted tickets to local family entertainment or sporting events, as well as product samples on a monthly basis.
- Veritas Fine Cannabis conducts employee performance reviews for all staff on a biannual basis, as well as 360-degree performance reviews for supervisors.
