LAS VEGAS, Nov. 16, 2017 – Green Gorilla, a manufacturer of cannabidiol (CBD) supplements, pet care products and cannabis growing supplies and tools, and Pure Grow Soil, a producer of no-till organic soil, have entered into a strategic alliance to produce, market and sell cannabis growing soil under Green Gorilla’s Master Grower brand. The agreement was signed at MJBizCon, a cannabis business trade show being held Nov. 15-17 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, according to a press release.
Master Grower soil is expected to be available at the beginning of 2018 and will be sold at retailers across the country as well as online at MasterGrower.pro. The company will initially focus its wholesale business in California.
“It is critical that the soil for cannabis is designed knowing the plant knows when, what and how much it wants to eat,” said Av Singh Ph.D., PAg, chief agricultural scientist for Green Gorilla, Inc. “Master Grower soil uses simple organic ingredients with microbial biodiversity to deliver a robust and potent cannabinoid and terpene profile.”
The deal between Green Gorilla and Pure Grow Soil will be exclusive and enable the two companies to increase the presence of the Master Grower brand within the cannabis growing business.
