LOS ANGELES - APRIL 15, 2019 - PRESS RELEASE - SHO Products, an equipment and technology provider for solventless extraction equipment, has announced the acquisition of Master Minded Distribution, a wholesale distributor of popular brands including Puffco, Highly Educated and Space Case, among many others.
SHO Products’ acquisition of Master Minded Distribution includes their in-house brands Be Lit, Renegade Glass, and T-Case. This strategic move adds 5,000 wholesale stores to SHO Products existing wholesale customer base, making it one of the world’s largest distributors of ancillary products in the industry. Master Minded’s Founder and President Brandine Strand will be working with SHO Products to assist in the transition.
Master Minded Distribution will operate as a standalone brand and will now carry all of SHO Products’ in house product lines, including Rosin Tech Products solventless extraction equipment, Dab Nation apparel and cleaning supplies, and CBD brands, including Cococanna, ImBue Botanicals and Pure Potent. SHO Products will continue to bring the best cannabis products to market through both our wholesale partners and increasing retail presence.
