Murphy Administration Seeking Up to Six New Dispensaries in New Jersey to Expand Access to Medical Marijuana

PRESS RELEASE - Governor Murphy's Administration has announced that they are seeking up to six new applicants to operate vertically integrated medicinal marijuana dispensaries in New Jersey. The Department of Health has published a request for applications (RFA) for the medicinal marijuana program. A mandatory pre-application conference is schedule for Thursday, August 9th at the Department of Health. The Department will electronically accept questions until 4 p.m. on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 from all potential applicants via email at: [email protected]
