MILTON/PENSACOLA, Fla. (WEAR) — Congressman Matt Gaetz will host two round tables with veterans and faith-based community leaders on medical marijuana research.
Congressman Gaetz will be in Milton on Monday, February 12th, at 9:00 a.m. to meet with local pastors in an effort to better understand how medical cannabis research impacts families and the community.
After the Milton round table, Congressman Gaetz will go to the University of West Florida to host a second round table at 10:30 a.m. where he will hear from local veterans about their thoughts on medical cannabis research as an alternative treatment method.
Congressman Gaetz has been a strong advocate in the 115th Congress pushing for medical marijuana reform.
