Millions of Floridians poured into polling stations yesterday to cast their votes on Amendment 2, a measure to legalize medical marijuana that's been a hot topic for months.
It was a tight race, but in the end 57.5 percent of voters checking yes wasn't enough for the measure to reach the required 60 percent approval rating for amendments.
Since the majority of Floridians are in favor of legalizing medical marijuana, Tuesday night's results left 3,357,537 voters disappointed at best and furious at worst. Feeling their voices weren't heard at the polls, many of those voters took to Facebook, Twitter and other social media sites to blow off steam.
