The game of cannabis consolidation continues, with the February 6 announcement that LivWell Enlightened Health has purchased Infinite Wellness Center in Fort Collins. The sale adds a fifteenth dispensary to LivWell's brand in Colorado.
The company acquired all assets of Infinite Wellness Center's parent company, Green Meadows Wellness LLC, which held three growing licenses (two recreational, one medical), a medical and recreational dispensary license and a medical and recreational infused license, according to the state Marijuana Enforcement Division.
Infinite Wellness formerly operated a medical marijuana dispensary in Lakewood, but that license is no longer active with the MED and was not part of the sale.
