HHS Announces More Medical Marijuana Hearings in Manchester, Rochester (NY)

The Department of Health and Human Services will hold two additional forums for proposed medical marijuana cultivation sites.

The first will be held on Friday at 6 p.m. at Manchester City Hall, and the second on Tuesday, Sept. 1, at 7 p.m. at Rochester City Hall.

The dates continue a tour around the state by officials in towns where medical marijuana dispensaries and grow sites are proposed, as the Department of Health and Human Services moves forward in implementing a law passed in 2013 that allows facilities in four distinct areas of the state.
