Briteside has released its Shop Now e-commerce platform, which allows partnering dispensaries to showcase their product selection online for consumers to review and order via Briteside’s website, according to a press release.
The e-commerce platform offers medical and recreational customers home delivery or in-store pickup in Portland, Bend and Ashland, Ore.
“We’re here to make life simpler for the cannabis consumer,” said Justin Junda, Briteside’s co-founder and CEO. “Three of the biggest pain points for cannabis customers are knowing if their favorite products are actually in-stock at their preferred dispensary, waiting in long lines to make their purchases, and for some, especially those with health impediments, just getting to a dispensary can be a chore. Together with our partner dispensaries, we’re alleviating these all-too-common pains.”
The platform was built in compliance with state and local regulations, and Briteside guarantees delivery in as little as 90 minutes where residential deliveries are allowed in Portland, Bend and Ashland. Same-day, in-store pickups are available at times chosen by the customer during the online checkout process.
Currently, Briteside’s partnering dispensaries include Madrone, located in Portland and Ashland, and Miracle Greens, located in Bend.
“We're excited to work with Briteside since their e-commerce platform lets our customers know exactly what products we have in stock," said Miracle Greens Co-Owner Mike Hayes. "Additionally, their platform allows us to better understand and anticipate consumer demand."
Briteside strives to help dispensaries sell more products and receive customer feedback on preferences and satisfaction, and aims to collaborate with more dispensaries across additional regions in Oregon in the future.
The company has also released its Discovery Box, a subscription service that gives consumers the ability to try new items and select their favorite cannabis products. Customers can select how often they want to receive a box and can have it delivered to their doorstep.
