LOS ANGELES (October 3, 2019) – PRESS RELEASE – From The Earth, the full spectrum U.S. cannabis lifestyle company, has announced plans to enter Michigan’s legalized recreational cannabis market after receiving Michigan’s Marijuana Regulatory Agency (MRA) prequalification to operate in the statewide cannabis market. Michigan is one of the first Midwestern states to approve medical cannabis use and currently accounts for the second largest percentage of medical cannabis population per capita in the U.S. with over 284,000 patients. Furthermore, Michigan voters have successfully voted for the legalization of adult-use recreational cannabis which will commence in 2020.
From the Earth’s first foray into the Michigan market, in association with Michigan-based Comco, LLC, a licensed cannabis company, is scheduled to open in October 2019 and will be doing business as From The Earth Provisioning. The new Michigan From The Earth Provisioning Center, located at 11990 Pulaski Road, Hanover, MI 49241 and, notably, the first store to be licensed in Pulaski Township, is a 2,400-square-foot newly-constructed space that will, beginning in January, 2020, include adult recreational retail to address the industry’s growing landscape.
