Prospect Park South, Brooklyn - PRESS RELEASE: Brooklyn’s first conditional adult-use retail dispensary has re-opened on Flatbush Avenue in Brooklyn. Good Grades has partnered with husband and wife duo Robert Dorsey and Angeline Cornelia of Brooklyn Exotic. Michael James and Kevin Fernelis of Good Grades will continue co-managing the borough’s first legal recreational cannabis dispensary.
Housed at 1056 Flatbush Avenue directly across from the iconic Kings Theatre, the BK Exotic pop-up promises a unique experience, having curated a diverse, premium selection of cannabis products including popular flower strains such as Sour Diesel, Gary Payton, Gelato, Biscotti, Gorilla Blue, Colorado Chem, Purple Sunset, Garlic Knots, Trainwreck, and Cake Mike. Additionally, customers can explore edibles, vapes, concentrates, and other accouterments. Featured brands include Packwoods, Rove, Zizzle, Electra Leaf, Sheba Baby, Good Day Flor, Heavy Smoke, Ayrloom, Flamers, Empire Farm, Alchemy Pure, Rolling Green, and Heady Tree. All products hail from organic New York-based cannabis farms.
Formerly a T-Mobile store, the space offers an inviting and innovative environment. Designed to evoke the “concrete jungle,” the open floor plan boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, a full wall of Brooklyn murals by artist Shaun Lee, and a music wall paying homage to Brooklyn musicians. Visitors can enjoy a curated selection of music while browsing the array of product offerings.
A trusted resource in promoting responsible cannabis consumption, Good Grades is dedicated to providing educational information and tools to encourage the community to make informed choices.
Budtenders will be present throughout the BK Exotic pop-up to provide educational materials from the Office of Cannabis Management on cannabis consumption.
BK Exotic is located at 1056 Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11226, and is open from Mondays to Saturdays, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sundays 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
