When it comes to dehumidification, one size does not fit all – and, turns out – you don’t want to select your equipment based off of the size of your room anyway, says John Pratt, a factory representative with Quest Dehumidifiers.
“The long and short if it is that there are completely different water loads and humidity loads in a garden. You can’t reliably size a dehumidifier on square footage. You can get close, and sometimes you can get lucky and get it right, but the best bet is to go by the amount you’re watering,” Pratt says.
