Nevada Dispensary Opens with Senator, Commissioner Support


[Press release] The+Source hosted a grand opening celebration with an open house event yesterday at its inaugural location at 2550 S. Rainbow Blvd., along with a ribbon cutting ceremony held at 1 p.m. 

Thesource020216Joined by Senator Tick Segerblom and Clark County Commissioners Mary Beth Scow and Susan Brager, CEO of The+Source Andrew Jolley and patient Jennifer Krellenstein cut a green ribbon in celebration of the dispensary’s much-anticipated grand opening.

The open house was complemented by a Q&A with The+Source’s director of medical education, Dr. William Troutt. Guests also had the opportunity to grab a bite from FUKU Burger food truck, which was on-site for the duration of the event.

The+Source is one of only nine medical marijuana dispensaries open for business in the Las Vegas Valley, and currently offers more than 15 different strains, as well as a variety of concentrates and edibles. Each strain is labeled to include the amount of THC and other cannabinoids. The+Source recently had its first harvest, and will be introducing its own line of products in the coming weeks, and plans to open a second dispensary in Henderson, Nev. in March.
