Company Selected to Make, Dispense Medical Cannabis Oil in Portsmouth, Va.

PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WVEC) — A New York-based medical cannabis company has received approval and a license from the State of Virginia to produce cannabis oil in Portsmouth.

The company, Columbia Care, is planning on opening its dispensary in the spring of 2019.
