FRANKFORT, Ky. (LEX 18)- The Kentucky House judiciary committee has voted to approve House Bill 136. The bill would legalize medical marijuana.

House Judiciary Chair Jason Petrie said that though he felt the bill was better than previous incarnations, he would abstain from voting. Rep. Brandon Reed voted no, citing some concerns with the language in the bill.
