OKLAHOMA CITY — A lawsuit filed Monday against the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority seeks to block the Oklahoma State Department of Health from possibly releasing information about patients to law enforcement agencies.
"I don't understand why that's the state's business," Whitney Wehmeyer said.
Wehmeyer, one of the main plaintiffs in the lawsuit, told KOCO 5 that the lawsuit's goal is to get a temporary injunction because she said some of the language in Senate Bill 1030 is confusing.
