Cleveland, Ohio (Oct. 17, 2018) – Cannabis Dispensary, which launched a bimonthly print edition in November 2017, was honored last week by Folio:, co-winning “Best New Magazine Design” at the 2018 Eddie and Ozzie Awards in New York City.
Art Director Justin Armburger oversees the design work of Cannabis Dispensary, which previously earned a National Gold Award for Best New Publication Design by the American Society of Business Publication Editors (ASBPE) during the 2018 award period.
Cannabis Dispensary and Cannabis Business Times Managing Editor Cassie Neiden also earned an honorable mention in the Folio: awards show’s “Editor of the Year” category.
The GIE Media Inc. Horticulture Group, which publishes Cannabis Dispensary and Cannabis Business Times, earned an honorable mention for its media kit.

Neiden also joined Cannabis Business Times Graphic Designer Katelyn Boyden as recipients of Folio:’s Rising Star awards. As honorees, Folio: shined a bright spotlight on them as part of a prestigious and nationally renowned group of “young professionals … selected to represent the best and brightest up and comers in the media industry.”
