It looks like we'll be seeing recreational marijuana on November's ballot.
A group known as the ND Legalization Initiative will be taking to the Capitol tomorrow to turn in more than enough signatures to make it onto the ballot.
To get a measure on the ballot, the grassroots group needed signatures from two percent of the population.
Measure sponsor Dustin Peyer estimates it to be about 13,450 people. Legalize ND is currently holding onto between 16,000 and 20,000 signatures to be turned in.
