We reported on March 22 that the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) had begun issuing cease-and-desist letters to medical marijuana businesses that had missed the Feb. 15 deadline to apply for a formal state license. A spokesperson said that the state anticipated "hundreds" of businesses would be shut down when all was said and done.
Today, Cannabis Dispensary received the list of 210 medical marijuana businesses that had been given the letter.
See the full list -- and a copy of the cease-and-desist letter -- below.
Note: After publishing this piece, LARA added two more businesses to its formal list: 3389 S. Huron LLC at 3389 S. Huron in Bangor, Mich.; and Roots Dispensaries at 3557 Wilder Rd. in Bay City, Mich.
