California Bureau of Cannabis Control Announces Official Rebranding, Updated Websites

The organization's rebranded image features the launch of its upgraded website, a refined California cannabis web portal and a newly-created Instagram page.

SACRAMENTO – The Bureau of Cannabis Control (Bureau) today announced the official completion of its rebranding effort. The Bureau’s rebranded image features the launch of its upgraded website, a refined California cannabis web portal and a newly-created Instagram page, according to a press release.

The Bureau’s website, http://www.bcc.ca.gov/, has been overhauled to provide the public with new resources and updated information regarding upcoming regulations and licensing applications. In addition, California’s cannabis web portal, cannabis.ca.gov, has been updated with new information and resources from the state’s three main licensing agencies for commercial cannabis. The portal’s home page now features a countdown timer to symbolize the official moment of when temporary commercial licenses will be issued.

Individuals interested in following the Bureau on social media will be pleased to find out that it has officially launched its long-awaited Instagram page. Those who wish to receive details regarding future events, hearings or workshops can find out more by visiting the page at https://www.instagram.com/bureauofcannabiscontrol/.

The Bureau’s Facebook handle has been changed to @bccinfo.dca as part of the official rebrand. Our new Twitter handle can be found at @bccinfo_dca. Each social media page’s profile picture has been upgraded to feature the Bureau’s new logo.
